We currently ship within the United States only, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and US outlying islands. International shipping will be available in the future please email care@evangelistalingerie.com for questions.

Standard $20 (free over $500), Expedited $40 (free over $1,000), Same-Day $20 for Manhattan/Brooklyn/Queens on orders placed before 2pm ET

A signature is required upon delivery for all orders over $500.

Your shipping confirmation email will include a tracking number. Use this to track your delivery directly with the carrier.

All Evangelista sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds. Exchanges and store credit requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Email care@evangelistalingerie.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for your request. Our team will respond with next steps.

For exchanges, Evangelista will provide a prepaid return shipping label. For store credit requests, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for exchange or store credit under any circumstances.

Contact care@evangelistalingerie.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will resolve it at no cost to you.
