Email care@evangelistalingerie.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for your request. Our team will respond with next steps.

For exchanges, Evangelista will provide a prepaid return shipping label. For store credit requests, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to modify or cancel it after processing has begun.

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship separately. You will only be charged the shipping amount selected at checkout.

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number once your parcel has shipped. Use this to track your delivery directly with the carrier.

Contact care@evangelistalingerie.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will resolve it at no cost to you.

Standard Shipping — $20.00. Orders are processed within 2 business days, with an estimated transit time of 5–7 business days. Complimentary on orders over $500.

Expedited Shipping — $40.00. Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. ET are processed the following business day, with an estimated transit time of 2–3 business days. Complimentary on orders over $1,000.

Same-Day Delivery — $20.00. Available within Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens for orders placed before 2:00 p.m. ET.

Shipping is available in the continental U.S. only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US outlying islands. International shipping will be available in the future. Please email care@evangelistalingerie.com with any questions.

The delivery window begins when an order is picked up by the carrier. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Transit times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Orders are shipped from our fulfillment center on the U.S. East Coast.

A signature is required upon delivery for all orders over $500.
