Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping

Orders are processed within 2 business days. Estimated transit time is 5–7 business days. Standard Shipping is $20.00, and complimentary on orders over $500.

Expedited Shipping

Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. ET will be processed the following business day. Estimated transit time is 2–3 business days. Expedited Shipping is $40.00, and complimentary on orders over $1,000.

Same-Day Delivery

Available within Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens for orders placed before 2:00 p.m. ET. Same-Day Delivery is $20.00.

Available in the continental U.S. only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Delivery Estimates

The delivery window begins when an order is picked up by the carrier. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Transit times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Orders are shipped from our fulfillment center on the U.S. East Coast.

Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number once your parcel has been shipped.

Split Shipments

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship separately. You will only be charged the shipping amount selected at checkout.

Signature Requirement

A signature upon delivery is required for all orders valued over $500.

Order Modifications

Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to modify or cancel it after processing has begun.
